The goal will be to give as much ACC as possible to Perna in his runes so that he poses as many Dot as possible in 1 hit on your opponent. You can put it in 1st position in back-lane or everywhere in front-lane except in 1st position depending on your style of play if you prefer to play Perna once per game or more than once. HP and RES are recommended to avoid stuns and to keep tempo as high as possible. Small precision concerning the ATK, this one doesn't influence the dot, only the dmg of Perna. (For my part, I play Perna with 50% ACC minimum)
